My son just finished his first year of 1st grade dual immersion, we speak English at home, I wanted a book to help him not lose the knowledge he's gained over the course of the Summer. I will say a lot of the info in here is the same as what he's already learned so I am glad I chose the second grade book rather than the 1st grade book. This book is a lot thinner than what I was hoping for, I feel the price should only be $2 or $3 rather than close to $5, however I also know in general the bilingual materials seem to cost more period. For example, I bought bilingual books from the scholastic flyers and they were a lot more than the books that were just in English. Overall, this booklet will do what I was hoping for. I hope my review helped you.
I absolutely love Brighter Child workbooks and would definitely purchase others in the future. This compared to another Spanish workbook that we purchased is by far my favorite. Age appropriate for second grade and fun!
